I am happy to announce that after only trying 4 dresses, my bridesmaids found a dress they love and can actually wear again (for REAL). I have a Maid/Matron of Honor and 1 bridesmaid and they will each wear the same dress but in the different colors shown below.
This is the Twist dress by Dessy and they can wear it numerous ways. These are just like the dresses David Tutera loves to use on his show (Two Birds I think). I’m just happy that they can wear it different ways and possible for other occasions.
Has anyone else used or considered a convertible dress for their bridesmaids?

We are just starting to look at bridesmaids dresses and I love the idea of a convertable dress!

@Dandelion D: I’m telling you that your girls will LOVE it! They will all look uniform AND unique at the same time. And these dresses have nothing “bridal” or “bridesmaidy” going on so they actually might find use for them later (another wedding as a guest even). A few friends who came shopping with us are considering getting the shorter version to wear to the wedding (which I don’t even mind because they can make their dresses look different from the bridal party’s). It’s a good use of money I think.

My BMs wore convertible dresses as well, but we only paid $100 each. I found a fantastic seller on Etsy named Coralie Beatrix.
