Hmm I have a lot of great recipes.

Today I made

Peanut butter cookies:
Stir together 1-1/4 c flour, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt. In seperate bowl beat 1/2 c margarine, 1/2 c peanut butter for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 c granulated sugar, 1/2 c packed brown sugar and beat til fluffy. Add 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla and beat well. Add dry mixture and beat til well combined.  Roll into 1/2 in balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Crisscross with fork and Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

I love baking too and this are by far my favorite cookies!! My husband took a batch to work and people kept asking for the recipe. WARNING: you won’t be able to eat just one!!


1 cup or two sticks of softened butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar and another 1/2 for rolling the cookies in
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 chopped pecans 
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees. Start mixing the butter, sugar and vanilla as if you were making buttercream. Slowly add the flower until you get a consistent dough. Add the pecans and incorporate all ingredients together. Shape the dough into small balls (about an inch or so) and place then in a cookie sheet. Bake them for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven) you will know that they are done when they are golden bron on the bottom. Let them cool completely and roll them in the remaining sugar.
