I think it’s somewhat cheaper to cook in larger quantities, is there any way you could freeze the stuff you make, than you won’t have to cook as often?

I have the crate and barrel cookbook and love it.  They also have a Newlywed cookbook at Williams Sonoma that I want.  Also check out allrecipes.com, they have a conversion calculator so when most recipes are made for 4-8 servings, you can change it to 2 servings.
