We are having a small Destination Wedding and we’ve kept it pretty simple. We’ve asked all the ladies to wear a knee length blush dress and the guys to wear a light grey suit or pants/vest combo. We are okay with the mix-and-match feel. Our only guests will be the “wedding party” so everyone is (hopefully) going to be color coordinated!

MM15:  We had a small Destination Wedding, didn’t do parties since it was only 4 other ppl there so it was more casual than it sounds like you are planning. We just gave vague info- I asked the ladies to wear a cool beachy white dress, and the guys to wear a white button up with light/silvery grey suit pants. It worked out well despite everyone not shopping together, the same store, or even the same state. Ladies are easy, since they can order anything online usually, but for guys I’d go with a general style/color scheme or you will need to look into suit/tux rentals in your Destination Wedding area and arrange to have all their measurements sent down there, make sure they get there early enough to pickup, try on and make any fixes, and there long enough to return….
