@cyndistar3: if i dress nice or put on high heels, he will up his game on what he’s wearing that nice so he doesn’t look like a total slob compared to me. i never ask to, he just does it on his own

I wear a lot of pink… so we don’t coordinate colors ever.

for things were pictures will be taken, i don’t need to MATCH, but i do like to coordinate 😉 i think saying it that way makes me feel better, lol. i don’t want to go out wearing pinks and blacks while he’s wearing browns and greens, that would just be a mess in a photo! i usually pick out his clothes for big events, so it’s usually not a big deal. although, i must confess, we find ourselves dressing alike in creepy ways sometimes, in which case one of use will usually change=)

We both have a “staple” outfit of black button-down shirt with sleeves rolled up around the elbows, white t-shirt underneath, and jeans…and we end up wearing it at the same time a lot. We try not to do when we’re going out though…that’s awkward.

We’re definitely not a matchy-matchy couple most of the time, but I do think our styles complement each other and go together nicely.

He is very classic. He wears mostly graphic tees, polo shirts, or button downs, depending on how dressed up he needs to be for wherever we’re going. He shops at most of the typical stores: American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, Express Men.

However, my style is very bohemian, quirky, and feminine. I like to find unique pieces. My favorite stores are Forever 21, Wet Seal, Modcloth.com, and other random online stores and vintage stores.

Sp yeah, we’re not exactly the same, but I think his more structured style kind of balances out my more, well, unstructured style, haha. And our wardrobes just kind of color coordinate with each other, too.

He basically just wears white shirts from Abercrombie, usually with navy lettering and I wear only navy Abercrombie pretty much so I guess we blend nicely. It just happened like that (not planned), our styles are pretty similar. I don’t usually wear jeans though, I usually wear the Nylon Tricot legging from American Apparel. I guess we kind of just ‘go/blend’ together, not ‘match’. (:

Oh, baha! I should have guessed that… we don’t really have the same styles. I usually have tons of color on (at one time) and all kinds of funky clothes. He wears t-shirts and boots everyday! I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting more casual by wearing the boots he bought me and t-shirts. But for the most part, we are opposite!

On dates we’re usually opposite as well, depending on where we’re going. For weddings we like to match tie/dress. It’s fun 🙂
