You should generally order the size that fits the largest part of you. What are your actual measurements? It’s a lot harder to take a gown out than in, you don’t want your hips to not fit.

I ordered Sabelle which site pretty low on the hips and I was 1 1/2 inch too big on the hips to order the smaller size but decided to order the smaller size anyway and it fits great!  I would say that you should be fine πŸ™‚

Since your looking at a maggie i would definitely call other bridal stores and see if they stock the same dress in other sizes.  i know when i was looking i started off with a 10 at one store, and after calling around found another store with both 8 and 6 to try on.

i personally hate ordering off the size chart, as when i did end up ordering and decided to go with a dress i couldn’t get in my size, it did end up coming too large and many alterations had to be done.  so i strongly suggest calling around to find out about samples at other stores.

I  think the hips are the easiest to alter. So as long you’re bust fits well I don’t think you have to worry.
