I doubt there’s a correlation.  I’m 5’5″, finger size 3.25 on a hot day.  And I’m (no exaggerating) about 30 lbs overweight.

Doesn’t seem to be a correlation but I’ll put mine up just for kicks.

5’10”, 130lbs, size 10 shoe, size 5.25 finger. However, I have very long fingers. Great for playing the piano.

I think it has to do with being small boned or not.  I have really really tiny wrists and also really tiny fingers.  My fiancee jokes and calls my hands bird talons LOL.  I’m 5’2, 93 lbs, and my ring finger is a 2.75.  He got me a size 3 ring but it was way too big so we had to have it sized down.

I think shoe size correlates with height… for stability.

I thionk finger size may correlate with build. I mean bone structure rather than actual weight. I know fingers can gain and lose a little fat but not as much as the rest of the body, so it’s probably not really about body fat..not much, anyway.

Some people have wider bones: shoulders, ribcage, and/or hip bones, and I think they tend to have wider fingers as well. Vice versa for narrow.

It’s not going to be a perfect correlation though. There will be exceptions.

5’11” and 4.5 ring… size 7.5 shoe. Build like a volleyball player other than the hands and feet. Don’t think there’s a correlation. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am 5’0 and my ring size is a 4 something I think? My mom is also 5’0 but her finger is a tad smaller than mine. The women in my family are all short and we all have small fingers (I wish a bit longer lol).

5’3″.

Size 4.5 ring.

I doubt there is any connection. It will depend mostly on your weight.

@lilsweetie:  Sure!

So here’s a picture of my ring (with the ball sizers added to make it smaller) next to some coins to show how small it is:

And here’s a picture of me with my fiancee where you can see the ring on my finger and you can see how nasty small my wrists and hands are…I wish they weren’t so skinny because i think they look like pterodactyl hands LOL

And here’s a close up of my ring when I first got it ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m 5’4″ and around 97 lbs I wear a size 5 in shoes (or a kids’ size 3 :p).   I wear a 4-4.5 ring (big knuckles)

My best friend is 5 feet and her rings are like, size 2.  She’s soooooooo tiny.
