Have you tried tightening the entire corset?

Either have a seamstress take in the bust or stuff! Even though your bust sise is plentiful if you ordered larger to fit an apple or pear shape then it can gape since you are buying off the rack instead of custom. Try stuffing it under your breasts.

I find that if I don’t start lacing tight from the bottom I sag too. I am a 38DD soit looks sad. Then some of my corsets kinda flatten me out so it takes positioning the boobies perfectly. If that doesn’t work for you pm me and I will try to help you further. I wear corsets alot!

I have neve heard of corset story doing custom sizes. Did it used to fit you before you lost weight?

It sounds like you have it laced all wrong. A corset should have an even gap once laced. If you have it closed at the top and open lower down then you’re almost certainly damaging it.

Altering a corset isn’t really worthwhile (it’s an absolute nightmare to do) so try lacing it properly and break it in (wear it at least 4-5 times for 2-5 hours) and if it’s still not right either get a proper custom-made corset (not from Corset Story, but from a proper corsetiere) or go to a shop and get an off the rack one that fits fairly well.
