I think the lace up is pretty straight forward.  I had a Maggie corset dress as well and there was pretty much only one way to lace it.  What exactly are you looking for inspiration on?

they criss-cross like the attached photo. the bridal salon that you purchased your dress at should be able to tell your Maid/Matron of Honor how to properly lace up your dress.

and you can leave the end ribbon out, or tuck it into the dress.

When your Maid/Matron of Honor learns how to bustle the dress they can also ask the seamstress or bridal salon consultant about how to do the corset. One thing my consultant told me to think about was whether I wanted to have the bow at the bottom or tuck the ties into the dress. I am choosing to tuck my ties in because I like the clean line or you can have them tied in a bow like the above picture posted by zaylee.
