(Closed) cost of converting

I have not but It probably isn’t that espensive especially if you consider the cost over time. Also the age of the house probaly would dictate how much that may cost.

What kind of oil heat? Is it forced hot air, hot water baseboard, radiators?

I found this number: If you’re switching a forced hot air system, expect to pay between $4,500 and $7,000.


Although– if you’re thinking long term.. the cost of oil is rising ( and will most likely continue to do so), so there’s that.
