Maybe check out a few ‘direct from the grower’ type websites. I think a lot of Bees on here seem to have great success with various vendors. Here are a few I’m aware of: freshroses.com (I like this site because it tells you month by month whats in season) or fiftyflowers.com. Those kind of websites will probably have more variety than Costco, but you should also check out Costco online and see what they have. Also try Sam’s Club online.

I ordered Costco flowers for my wedding, and I don’t think they had anything available to buy in bulk other than what their website shows. In fact, I think I asked to even mix the colors from two things that they had and they wouldn’t even let me do that.

Costco did a great job and it was a fantastic deal, but I did have some major issues getting it shipped to me on time and we ended up having to drive across town to get them from the distribution center and I spent tons of time on the phone tracking them and stuff – so stressful. My problem stemmed (no pun intended, ha) from the fact that the wedding was outside of their shipping area, so they had to come before we left town for the wedding and all that, though.

My sister got her flowers from costco, they were really pretty… but she only had roses and hydrangeas.

I ordered my flowers from fiftyflowers.com . they have AMAZING customer service, I had emails telling me when they’ve left the facilitity when it was going to arrive, when they were delievered. I also had reps calling me letting me know of any shipping concerns or flower changes and when they arrive whether or not I recieved them and if I liked them.

My rose petals were AMAZING there was so many.. and my hydrangeas were enormous they were my favorite. My Pink peony garden roses were destroyed in the hurricane so they called me for a replacement they gave me 3 choices and I was very pleased with the replacement flowers I got. When they hydrated and opened up they looked just like peonies/garden roses.. However my white cloud garden roses were a bit disappointing they came as buds and took 4 WHOLE days to fully open up when they were fully open they were beautiful but I needed them for day 3 so I had some half open and some buds still.. overall I was pretty pleased with my experience with fiftyflowers and would recommend them to anyone looking to diy flowers!
