@MissIntent:So cute! Fiance and I used to run together when we first started this but then one of us would be too lazy to get up in the morning. Kudos to you guys doing it together. I am doing this along with hot yoga and love it!

download the c25K week to week podcast….(my favorite one) – http://www.c25k.com/podcasts.htm

it def gets you pumped up…tells you when to run/walk without being overly annoying…good techno…really upbeat.

lotsa luck! it’s how i always start back to running after a month or so from abstaining.

@Gingersnap: The app with the little man on green background IS the best! I got it when it first came out, and it’s just been getting better and better with the updates.

I’ve done C25K three times now (because for some reason, after I finish, I stop running for a month and then I suck at running). It’s REALLY useful. Don’t give up! Right now it will seem impossible to run for 30 minutes, but you’ll get there! You might need to repeat some of the harder workouts but the program will eventually help you build up stamina.

Also, I find it harder to run with my fiance than alone. It is just so darn easy for him to get off the couch and run two miles beside me, whereas I have to run 3 times a week for 2 months before I can get to that point. It makes me cranky 😀
