So my husband and I aren’t planning on trying for a baby until around December, but we’re not really not trying either lol I’m not on the pill and all we do is pull out. My last period was May 26th-29th… I was supposed to get my period 6 days ago. We didn’t use the pull out method twice this month around the 17th… I don’t think I was fertile those days, but I’m not sure. I usually have bad cramps before I get my period and nothing so far.. but I also haven’t been having morning sickness or anything…. Could I be pregnant??? I don’t wanna take a home test and have a false negative… any advice ladies? About an hour ago when I wiped there was the tiniest bit of a verrry light pink color, definitely didn’t look like my period… any advice would be appreciated! Sorry for the Too Much Information…

@MrsRichard: I would take an at home test. They’re pretty reliable and will probably give good results considering you mentioned you’re 6 days late. Take a couple. Dollar Tree actually sells some for $1, and they actually work! I have two babies, so I would know. Lol. If the tests turn out to be positive, I would schedule an appointment with a doctor. Good luck!

@southern_sweetheart91: thanks for the quick response! Yesterday I was like what the heck, where’s my period. Today I’m sitting here thinking please don’t let my period show up! Do you think it’ll show up with only being 6 days late or should I wait a while longer?? I have a dollar tree across the street! lol

Are you usually pretty regular or is going 6 days late fairly rare for you? I know it’s scary to take a test but I’m sure you’ll be relieved when you do ๐

@islandlily84: I’m usually very regular, except for the month of my wedding (I was 2 weeks late) but I attribute that month to stress! I’m thinking I’ll take a test tomorrow if Aunt Flo doesn’t stop by…

@MrsRichard: Sure, it’s possible your period could still show up, but I would still take one and see what the result is.

I would pee on a stick just so I could stop worrying about it….you are either pregnant or not, a test isn’t going to change that fact obviously….. I hope you are..wouldn’t that be fun!

@MrsRichard: You had unprotected sex so, yes, you could be pregnant.
Are you pregnant? That’s another matter entirely so take a test to find out.

@MrsRichard: 6 days late is more than enough time for a home pregnancy test to show a positive. Just take a test. Also morning sickness doesn’t usually set in until a little bit later on so that’s not an early indicator.

@MrsRichard: the only way to know is to take a test. No one here can know anymore than you if you are or not.

I will echo everyone else, not using protection means that you could be pregnant, pull out method or not! Take a test! ๐

A home pregnancy test would surely yield accurate results by this point. I, as well as pretty much everyone on here, would suggest you use a First Reaponse pink dye test. Good Luck
