I have known a few women who kept getting BFNs  and had to keep getting their blood drawn. Their hormones were just very slow!

Every doctor is different to how they handle it, if you’re concerned because you like to have some drinks and stuff, I would just call the doctor and see if they will see you yet.

its not uncommon for your AF to get back on track after taking out a IUD. Also i would say if you have taken 2 that its unlikely that you are pregnant. im not saying its IMPOSSIBLE im just saying unlikely. i wouldnt go to the doctor unless it was maybe 2 3 months of no AF. but thats just me and im not a big worrier. in the chance that you may be pregnant i would avoid any drugs/alcohol/tabacco. i dont know thats my advice

OneDayMrsL:  ugh I feel your frustration! It’s hard when its all you can think about and just want answers. I’d say wait it out another week and then go for a blood test. Darling Husband and I are TTC, we BD’d around O, AF is now 17 DAYS LATE (that is not a typo), I’ve had quite a few pregnancy symptoms including a little dark brown spotting about a week after BD…..BUT all BFNs and blood test was also negative. Sigh, at this rate I’m going to end up on “I didn’t know I was pregnant”!!

What type of tests were you using?

OneDayMrsL:  It’s possible to test negative and still be pregnant. I’m pretty sure my mom did and then went to the doctor’s to get a blood test. Sure enough she was pregnant. I say that you should schedule an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. If your period comes, you can always cancel the appointment.

OneDayMrsL:  As someone who got at least 5 BFNs before the BFP, I would say keep testing until you either get a BFP or your period.  I was 20 days late before I got my BFP as well.  I know it’s hard to wait, but see in a few more days if your period comes or you get the positive.  And let tell you those 20 days drove me nuts because I didn’t think I was pregnant, but no signs of my period were there so I kept testing.
