Not sure if i am posting in the right place?
I have really irregular periods, mostly every 20 days. My last period was on the 14th June and on the 23rd june i had unprotected sex 4 times. A week later I had what i thought was the beginning of my period (slight bleed for a day) but it came to nothing!? No sign of it since!
I have been feeling dizzy (first time in my life) getting headaches most days and been so so moody!! Basically it feels like i am going to get my period (cramps, painful boobs etc.)but i havent! Its been the longest i havent had a period for in over a year.
Am I imagining it all or could i be? I dont need to pee more often and havent felt nauseaus? Are there any signs that confirmed it for anyone?

Thanks for replying so fast! 🙂
thing is i cant afford a pregnancy test till i get paid next week (if you cant afford a test it probably means you cant afford a baby! :-/ )

@Sarahsun: it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t afford one, if you want to keep the baby (if there is one) there are definitely ways to work around it 🙂 it might involve a lot of budgeting though.

Learn to budget and save now, u can start clipping cupons and buying diapers without a baby… and babies r us has a great thing buy 9 cases get the 10th free, in a year span…. there are ways to make it work… Maybe got to the dollar store and get a test, they do work.. and if there is no baby… still thing about getting things for the future and starting a budget plan

Do you have a Planned Parenthood near you? Some offer free tests.

It sounds like you may have had implantation bleeding, which means you very well could be pregnant. The advice from the other bees is very good. Keep in mind that having unprotected sex is a serious thing, and you should only have it if you are prepared to deal with the consequence. I wish you luck!

It sounds like you should definitely test. As suggested above, Planned Parenthood offers tests, and even many dollar stores carry pregnancy tests now that are just as accurate as any other test you can buy.
Good luck either way. If this is a false alarm, you may want to consider an alternative form of birth control. It’s very very tough to have a baby when you don’t have a lot of money. I wouldn’t want to see anyone have to struggle. *big hugs*
Let us know how it goes!

Take a test as soon as you can, or see your Doctor. I’m not sure how it works in the US, but over here in Australia we have free clinics (usually for under 25s) for things like pregnancy – perhaps see if there are any in your area.
