I think it definitely could work, but can’t say for sure without seeing it on you.

Its impossible to say w/o seeing it on you, but that gown would probably look perfect on a small 5’1″ woman. Sweethearts usually complement any chest size… unless you’re heavy busted.

Its a beautiful gown and probably has a lower pricetag than similar Maggie Sottero gowns? Fabulous find!

So funny, I was shopping alone when I found this dress too. I had been a few times with a bunch of people and I felt like it was really confusing. When I went shopping alone I found this dress and loved it, but now I’m having second thoughts and wondering if I should’ve gotten a trumpet style… It’s hard because no one has seen me in it and the pictures are of me in a dress that is 3 sizes too big. I’m 5’7″ and a street size 2 or 4. I am going to have the beading removed that goes under the chest so that it is just along the top. Was the dress that you tried on too big for you?

I hope my insecurities aren’t rubbing off on you.. I think I’m being silly and once I see it I will remember why I chose it. I’m sure that if you loved it, then it’s the right dress for you!

I will try to upload a picture, but they aren’t very good… I included the picture with the flash covering my face because the woman is beind me pulling the dress tighter. She wouldn’t clip it because she said it would ruin the beading in the back.

I love the way the fabric drapes so elegantly!  You look great!  Very pretty dress.
