@steffie62664: Im not really changing anything im deciding on it, as im having a replica made, and i really love the idea of a light champaign dress. but my bridesmaid dress will be champaign so im wondering if that would look weird and if i should just go with ivory
heres another pic of the dress

@MrsRayner: now that’s you in the Orig dress, right? Lurve it! What color is that? Lurve it! That bolero is Aloncen lace, right? I call it “crusty lace” to myself, and I Lurve that as well!
Now I don’t know about the whole “bride in champaigne/Maids in champaign too” look. Will the Maids have any other color such as a sash? If their fabric texture was different, I think that might be a very cool look. But if theirs are satin like your dress, not sure I like the idea of that. In the end styling can make a big difference.

no neither of those pictures are of me, those are curtesy of the interweb, they make the dress look great though! thanks for helping out, i also thought it might be a weird look. but i cant change Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses now.. guess im going to be an Ivory bride.. which is cool..i just love the champaign cause i have olive skin and i think it looks softer than ivory

i would oder ivory if the bridesmaids dresses are champagne i don’t think you need
a bolero 🙂

I like the ivory, and I would get the bolero. It gives you flexibility – you can always remove it for part of the time if you want to mix up your look, and the all-strapless-all-the-time thing with wedding gowns these days gets really tiresome, it’s nice to see a neckline with more interest.

I’d stick with the ivory (off-white for Jasmines).
