I would totally look for it. I would hate myself for it but I definitely would!

I had no problem resisting the temptation. I didn’t want to see it before he was down on one knee with it.

As much as I would want to, I wouldn’t go looking for it. I picked out my own ring and knew what it was going to look like, but I know that it really would have bothered my Fiance if I had found it and tried it on early.

Uuuuuugh. I would peek. I’m a horrible person! I peek at poorly wrapped presents too! Has absolutely no effect on my happiness when I get to actually open the gift though! I get the excitement twice!

I could probably resist the urge.

Out of sight, out of mind. I  knew where it was for 6 weeks and wasn’t tempted. The surprise, the moment, was worth waiting for.

Lol no way. I would be looking at that shit at the first chance. I would hate myself for it but probably wouldn’t even try to delay the inevitable.

The week before my fiance proposed, I had this feeling it was coming. I lost control and scoured his apartment one day while he was out, looking for the ring. I am so glad I didn’t find it (cause it was there, just well hidden!), because I know if I had I would have looked and it would have taken away a little bit from the actual moment he proposed. But I still would have done it lol.

so yea no judgment here.

I found the ring my boyfriend bought last May.  The first 3 weeks, I only allowed myself to look at the box. But, I wasn’t kidding anyone, haha. I’ve tried it on multiple times now. It’s been a year and a half, and I haven’t told him (I don’t want to ruin his surprise). We’ve been together three and a half years, and I’m hoping the proposal is coming soon πŸ™‚ Good luck!

Ughhh I hope I can because I will likely be in the situation soon! My ring will be ready within 3 weeks or so, although I don’t know where he’ll keep it when he picks it up. However he will be proposing within a few weeks of getting it so it won’t be that long! (He’s said by thanksgiving we will be engaged!)

I went as far as finding the box. I swore to myself I will not open that box. I will not see it till he opens it to put it on my finger.

It’s killing me.

I go in and just look at the box when he isn’t home.

Resist!!! I believe in you! πŸ˜‰ Think of what your expression will mean to him when he sees you opening that box for the first time!

But in other news, CONGRATULATIONS!!! So excited for you! Can’t wait to see the ring when it’s on your finger πŸ™‚

Congrats!!! That’s so exciting!!

I knew my Fiance had the ring and I for sure went searching for it. We live separately so I only had one chance! But I couldn’t find it so I didn’t feel too bad. Turns out it was in his car door undecided
