@ComputerLove06:  that is so exciting! sounds like you have a thoughtful SO 🙂

As for me, well my SO is not the best at making plans 🙁 I wish he’d plan something like that one day.. I’m not sure what we’ll do, probably dinner on Saturday (since we won’t see each other on friday)

I am planning on making some truffles for him with ingredients I know he’ll love 🙂  I know money’s tight on his end so I am not expecting anything, just to enjoy time with him 🙂

FI made dinner reservations at a place I like in town so we can have a fun night out. Last year I made him a fancy meal at home so I told him this year he has to take me out.

We’re going out for a steak dinner (we share it) and for the first time I am getting their freshly made sugared donuts for dessert!!! Then we are heading out to watch a movie, which is something we haven’t done in about a year!

With the wedding spending and saving for a new apartment we can manage to waste $80 on a night out!

@ComputerLove06:  Your valentines day plans sound amazing! SO and I have a romantic evening planned downtown. Suite hotel for the evening and a fancy dinner. We like celebrating it because…… we like to celebrate things haha. Im so nervous about this year because I KNOW that he is up to something,  I just dont know what! I don’t know when a propsal will happen, and im okay with waiting for now. I just want Valentines day to hurry up and get here so I knowww if thats when he is going to pop the question or not. Holidays make waiting so much more stressful than it has to be!

You’ll have to come back and update us on where your SO takes you! I’d be dying to find out! Sounds like you’re going to have an amazing time.

DH and I are staying in and making dinner. I refuse to go out to a restaurant on V-Day because they are always so packed. My birthday is on the 16th and we typically do a big dinner then – much less crowded. DH’s card and hoodie are in transit and I finished up a craft project for him tonight – so I’m just playing the waiting game now.
