I’ll frequently see read about fabulous coupons Bees have used for their DIY projects. I’m planning to do some projects and am going to purchase materials this summer, but would love to save money if at all possible!
Could you please tell me where you find coupons for Michaels & Hobby Lobby? And does anyone know if Pat Cataans ever has coupons? And are there any particular days of the year that they have special savings extra like a 4th of July Blowout or Black Friday Discount?

I always use the coupons on HobbyLobby.com. They almost ALWAYS have a 40% off coupon and Michaels accepts them.

@Cappugcino: I just go to michaels.com and view the flyer and coupons….
I would also sign up for the mailing lists as sometimes they have exclusive coupons for those people 🙂

Michael’s coupons you can get online. You can even go online from your cell while you’re in the store and let them scan your phone instead of printing them out.

+1 to all those that said Michaels and Hobby Lobby coupons you can get online, as well as have them scan or read them from your phone. So no need to print. I always joke that if you buy something full price at Hobby Lobby, you don’t have patience! They typically rotate every week what is on sale (on sale one week, regular price the next, and so forth). I’ve always been able to get the 40% off 1 reg price item from their website!

Download the apps! Hobby Lobby and Michael’s both have apps. Hobby Lobby app will give you a 40% off coupon every visit (one per day) and Michael’s app has a variety of coupons on it. You can also use the apps to track your local sales, so you know when to go!

I get the Michael’s coupons texted to my phones. Sales tend to be better around holidays. My Michael’s was offering 50% off coupons and really good deals on Easter weekend, for example. Sometimes, you’ll get an extra coupon attached to your receipt after you buy something. For me, these are usually 25% off entire purchase coupons.

Michael’s has an app that you can pull up coupons on as well.

Michaels and Hobby lobby both have apps for the iphone and android smart phones. If you prefer physical coupons, you can print them out from their website. In case you didnt know, each store takes competitor coupons. So if there isnt a coupon that week you can always show them a Jo Ann Fabrics or AC moore coupon.

I signed up to get the emails and gave them my address I think awhile back. Sunday papers also have their flyers and coupons in there too. Remember too that most places take competitor coupons so you can use them for other places too.
