I am working on finalizing our programs right now, and I need a little help with one aspect. I have asked two of my teenage female cousins to be greeters slash guestbook attendants (“hi, welcome, please sign the guestbook, do you want some refreshments, I’ll have one of the ushers escort you to your seats, etc.”), and I would like to acknowledge them in the programs. Can you help me come up with an appropriate “title” for them?
I would use “Guestbook Attendants,” but, because that title is so long, it throws off the spacing of our programs, and I am lazy and don’t want to redesign them at this point. I could use “Greeters,” but I am not crazy about that title because it makes me think of the senior citizens that work at Walmart that say hello when you walk in the door. Which is a perfectly fine job, but I don’t want to use that title in our programs.
Would “Guest Attendants” make sense? They would be, after all, attending to the guests…
Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks!
