Would your dress stay up if you removed the strap and hand it made to snap/clip on and off? You could remove the bolero and add the strap for the reception. That way you could choose any topper you like.

If not, you could add a satin mini shoulder pad to the underside of the topper  on the other side to balance it out.

Look for a bridal capelet! That will help narrow down the search for something that will cover your chest, as that seems to be what you are most worried about. I like the idea that julies1949 :  had with the mini shhoulder pad to balance things out if it doesn’t seem to sit right

Could something like this work (with or without the flower… Or could replace the flower with a broach) ?  I just think this is very elegant.

I love the one posted above!

Personally, I don’t think your dress shows too much clevage. I think you look great!

I think that snap on /off strap is a good idea,  too.   You don’t look Iike you’re showing too much but I think it’s important that you feel comfortable and not self conscious.  I wore a longline bra under my strapless dress,  and maybe that made me feel more secure in it.  You look lovely in your dress,  by the way.
