I don’t know where you are and whether it will be COLD cold there or warmish?  I’m getting married in January, but I live in Alabama so it probably won’t be that cold.  How about:

What about FAUX fur? Personally, I’d look at a cashmere cardigan with a brooch or something to make it a bit fancier to wear between the house and venue, etc. A (heavy) pashmina would be an option also.  My cousin was able to purchase a gorgeous satin-lined cape to wear during her December wedding off of Craigslist.

I the the tule wrap takes away from the dress, it blends in too my IMO. I agree with PP about the Faux fur, I think a shorter jacket would look super cute

Are you planning on wearing something just for pictures? I dont think anything will be needed in the venue if you are getting married inside, the emotions and body heat will (hopefully!!) keep you warm in the venue

What color cardigan are you looking for? Do you want it to also be white or are you going to mix it up with your bridesmaids’ colors?

There is a bride on here somewhere who had a beautiful cape – I think it was satin – I’ll try to find a link to a photo for you to see – she looked absolutely stunning!
