@eecuadrado:  I can’t see the ceiling clearly, but it looks like it might be a suspended tile ceiling. You can use clips designed for hanging things from the T bars, or even just large paper clips to hang fabric or paper a couple of inches out from the wall.

Add some weights to the botom of the fabric to help it hang straight.

@eecuadrado:  You can get them at Home Depot, Staples etc. They are called T bar hooks.

Likely the reason you can”t hang things from ceiling is because it’s a fire hazzard for anything to be with a certain amount of feet (some states it is 10ft) from sprinklers.  If that is the reason those clips will also be a no go.  It’s one wall, I say you just deal with it.

No one is really going to notice or care about the wall. I just threw a shower witha couple other girls for a friend in October in a community center and yeah it wasn’t the same as doing it as someone’s house, but no one cared about the wall “art”. It still felt like the theme.

And even in someone’s house there are ugly things you wish you could cover LOL 😉

I wouldn’t bother trying to cover it up. No one will notice.
