Oh whoa now, One does not simply crack their knuckles by pulling it out.

(Seriously though it won’t pop/crack that way, and doesn’t feel as amazing)

My personal favorite is to push my knuckles on both my hands together (hard to explain), then do the criss-cross-outwards-steeple. And maybe a individual knuckle twist if I’m feeling like it.

I crack my fingers, toes, and neck and often times get DH to walk on my back to crack it (it will crack a TON).  I don’t even think about who I might be in front of when I do it – other than not during an interview or anything.

I don’t like pull them out of their sockets- so to say- like straight out, but mine cramp up if I don’t stretch them back and they pop when I do it.  So, all the time.

I only crack my knuckles occasionally (not super often) and I oftentimes crack my back in the morning.

Guilty! I crack my knuckles, toes, ankles, neck, and back.

One note about neck-cracking: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE YOUR HAND/ARM TO PUSH ON YOUR NECK TO MAKE IT CRACK!!!! This can cause TMJ or an actual break in your neck bones. My friend literally broke his neck by pushing on his jaw to make his neck crack. Just tilt your head to the side. If it doesn’t crack by the gravity of your head pulling it down, don’t force it!

    I’m a constant cracker (ha!)

I crack my knuckles, toes, spine (by straightening it and stretching in), knee (by extending it and making it stretch in), shoulders, hips, ankles, and neck. I need to crack my neck at least every 30 minutes because I have so much tension.

My Mom used to tell me my fingers would get all swollen and arthritic if I cracked my knuckles so I never got into the habit.  Not sure if that’s true (and maybe she knew it wasn’t) but it worked because I never crack em!

As soon as a read the title, I had to crack my knuckles!

I would also like to add that my SO hates cracking knuckles, so sometimes I’ll crack them while we are holding hands.  It really freaks him out, and is pretty funny.  (I don’t do it often, just when we are in a silly mood)

I crack everything from my knuckles, to back to hips to knees to ankles and toes. I’m tripple jointed and from doing synchro for many many years I’ve always cracked my bones. If I don’t crack them it hurts, so yeah I’m a cracker.

I crack my knuckles, and I crack my toes (preferably on SO’s feet cause it makes him scream like a girl haha), I crack my back and I try to crack my hips as much as possible. My hips have never been the same since my pregnancy with DS and if they don’t pop, I can’t walk sometimes. I crack my ankles and feet after a day of working. I DO NOT crack my neck unless it’s really ready because I strained the nerves pushung too hard once and couldn’t turn my head for a day- yikes!!!

I’m a cracker!  I find I have to or else the pain drives me nuts.  I’ve heard the issue with the neck is twisting it, you can end up with a stroke by shoulder checking while driving.  My neck usually cracks pretty easily just by tilting my neck from one side to the other, no different than how I’ve been instructed to safely stretch.
