So we are having a photobooth and it is going to be the rectangular 2 x 2 photo printouts (versus the one long strip) with our logo. At other weddings I’ve been to, I have resorted to taking the menu or something else stiff and folding it to protect my photostrips in my purse. I wanted to provide something like this to our guests but I don’t want to spend a whole lot as this isn’t really a necessity. I’m thinking envelopes, paper treat sacks, etc. What would you recommend? A nice design would be a bonus, but if not, I have a stamp I can use.

I like the idea of providing a small box. We’re thinking about providing bracelet boxes for our longer printouts.

What about paper bags? Is that too flimsy? You could also scout for cheap envelopes from Michaels or a similar store.

I was searching for these manila envelopes that did not have a flap that they used to send home report cards. Could not find them.
Or try using a flat paper bag. Easy to stamp on them and I feel offers enough protection for the photos to take home.

That’s a good idea! I didn’t even think about boxes. I’ll look into that. Do you think I need one per guest or do you think one per household is fine? I’m putting these by the photobooth I think rather than at each place setting.
I was looking at some of these on Etsy. I think they’ll protect the photos from scratches but I was worried they may bend.
Good idea with the manila envelopes. It’s a little thicker than a paper treat bag so that might work.

I think one per household would definitely work, especially because one box could hold multiple printouts. Plus, if it were to be one per person, I’m sure some of them would be winding up in the same purse anyway. ;]

I mentioned this in another thread, but I’ll repost here.
We are going with these photo folders for our wedding.
I just like the designs and they are a pretty sweet price!
Paper treat bags might be too flimsy. Bracelet boxes are a good idea (what are the dimensions?) but could be bulky. I’d include some ribbons so they can tie around the box so it doesn’t open up when someone throws it in their purse.
Envelopes would also work out nicely!

I’m so bummed I just found this! I took to making my own holders.
Found some envelopes designed to hold a 4×6 photo and customized them with nice card stock and various patterned paper punchouts and a ‘Thank You’ stamp.
The envelopes end up costing me approximatley $0.30 each.
