(Closed) Cramps before expected period but pregnant?

Its very common…. Im currenly either waiting on AF to show of to get a BFP…and I’ve been cramping alot.

Cramps early in pregnancy are common. Have you taken a test yet?

yep! Exactly like you described, I remember I was late and then i had some cramps and i thought, well i am not pregnant, i had period cramps, its coming soon. But turned out i was pregnant.

Yes. I actually got all the symptoms I’d have when I get my period (cramps, my breasts hurt, nausea, etc.), so I was confident for quite a few days that my period would come. When I finally went to the doctor I was 6 weeks pregnant.

Unfortunately, period symptoms are also usually pregnancy symptoms. 

If you’re late, there are OTC tests that you can take I think minimum 5 days after missing your period.

The first symptom I had was period cramps 2 days before AF was due.  But I NEVER get cramps before AF, always after it starts, so I knew and hoped something was up.

It’s because you uterus is trying to stretch to make room for a baby.
