I am having so much fun finalizing our reception playlist!
I’m curious, what’s everyone’s “craziest” song on their list?
Ours is “Boats & Hoes” from Stepbrothers. It’s Fiance and I’s favorite movie and we are playing it as the 2nd to last song- LONG after the kids at the reception (who are leaving with our parents….) will be gone. 85% of our guests are between 25-40 so I’m sure they will appreciate it!

I haven’t started ours yet. I think we could probably play gauntam style and get away with it though. I has to be really clean because its in a church. I’m leaning toward motown, james brown, some light country etc. The dress is from the 70s I guess I could just call it an homage.

I caught Fire – The Used. It’s our song, makes no sense to anyone but us. It will be played.

Jeepers Creepers by Paul Whiteman and Jack Teagarden. It’s been re-made for decades but this is one of the oldest versions, from 1938.

We’re playing Behemian Rhapsody, by Queen! I know it’s like 10 minutes long, but we love it so! I felt silly asking for it, but our DJ said it’s actually pretty requested!

My Fiance is walking down the aisle to “Real American” (it was Hulk Hogan’s theme song).
We will be playing a couple goofy songs, like Stick Shifts and Safety Belts by Cake and Grow Old With You by Adam Sandler.
