Just thought of another. I’m in science and I took a microscope home and got hubby to provide a sample. I wanted to check what he had was normal looking! Most amazing things I’ve ever seen!!!

Mrs. Meowerson:  AHHHHHH legit did the same thing hahaha. We’re starting TTC in July and I told my husband that as soon as baby bags went on sale, I was buying one as I love kate Spade haha

Mrs. Meowerson:  This one…

I legitimately felt batshit crazy when I ordered it, but I also am not the type who will carry a purse and a baby bag when that time comes, so we compromised and I got this beauty haha.

Mrs. Meowerson:  Anything Kate Spade is a sound investment so anyone who calls you crazy is obviously just trying a bit of the old redirect. I am here to confirm that your reasoning is rational, logical, and sound. Plus, while you’re waiting for your BFP, I would totally use that sucker to take three course lunches and chocolate supplies to work (then again, I eat my pain…).

This is a cute thread. Sending lots of love and crossed fingers out to all you lovely couples on your TTC journeys.

Mrs. Meowerson:  Awww, you have definitely earned yourself some fancy lunch breaks! Or, you know, just a gap in your work where you sit in the corner with an entire pizza to yourself watching puppy videos on youtube. Oh dear, I’m giving away all my secrets tonight…

Hang in there! You’re definitely not alone.

We start TTC after AF this week and I have already started planning our lives like we will definitely have a baby from the first cycle.  Yesterday my mum was discussing coming to visit DH and I in December for the holidays and I almost interrupted her to insist she delay her visit till spring 2017 so she can help with the baby… Except there is no baby…and we haven’t even started TTC!

I’ve also had to fight the urge to POAS the entire month of June when Ive still been on BCP (which I took regularly) and we didn’t BD any time near potential O date. But I still feel like its possible that I somehow “magically” got pregnant, through sheer wishful thinking.

I’ve bought a pram!! We’ve been trying over a year and I bought it right when we started trying it’s in our spare room. To be fair it’s not just any pram it’s a vintage silvercross coachbuilt pram in a limited addition colour and it was an absolute steal! It’s the pram I’ve been dreaming about since I was a child it also needs some work so I want it here to start on the minute I’m pregnant as it will take a few months to be baby ready. I’ve also picked out everything from the cot to colour scheme to what I want to wear while giving birth. I am a planner by nature. I’m trying to rein myself in when buying things but every time I feel down and that it will never happen I buy a small baby item (bibs, baby grow ect) to remind myself to stay positive and I really find it helps.

livster:  +1 Ive figured out when we will start trying, calculated when I’d be due if we conceived first month, figured out what holiday we could announce around at 12 weeks and already know what my baby announcement is going to look like lol

Because I feel it makes me look less insane if people see it’s not just a normal pram here’s a picture of a similar one. Mine the hood, apron and interior are a beautiful dove grey and the body is ivory. I’m then going to make the bedding in a light yellow. It weighs about the same as a small elephant and takes up about the same amount of room in the house and car as one too but I adore it!

zoey0317:  Hahaha happy to find a partner in crazy 🙂  I actually hesitated about going to a festival in October (because it would be too early in this mythical pregnancy to tell my friends but they’d be very suspicious if I wasn’t drinking…).  Only when I realized I was stressing myself out about a completely made up problem did I realize how ridiculous I was being…
