We aren’t even TTC yet, but I am so tempted to buy a baby bike trailer that amazon has a lightning deal on. It’s only $70, holds 1 or 2 kids, and has great reviews. DH and I like to bike, and I am a total planner and frugal shopper who loves to buy things well before they are needed. If I buy this, Darling Husband will officially think I have gone mad. (I can’t talk to him since he is working tonight). Am I being totally crazy?

You’re being crazy. STEP AWAY FROM THE VIRTUAL SHOPPING CART!

Yes you are being crazy. Baby safety ratings are constantly changing– why buy something today that by the time you need it might be deemed unsafe?

LOL then I am crazy too! Last time I was in the thrift store looking for milk glass I saw some adorable newborn outfits so I bought them!!! Fiance just laughed. I love that man 😀

DON’T BUY IT NOW, you will change your mind at least 20 more times before your future baby is born. And it would take up garage space. Those things go on sale all the time! 😉

I’m the same way as far as frugal shopping (as long as we’re not talking about makeup, that is…>.>) but don’t do it!

I agree with PP, don’t do it. You never know what might be a better deal or more safe by the time you actually have a LO!

I think the general opinion is crazy:) How bout you make a secret board on pinterest and start pinning baby things instead. *If* you need to curb the baby buying!

Sales happen ALL the time. You are bound to come across a better sale. It’s the circle of commodity.
