^^ Original post here….note this is regarding Florist #2
You are by far the rudest person I had ever spoken to on the phone.
As a vendor for services, and a representation of your company, I highly suggest you work on your communication skills as far as customer service goes.
Even if you were available I would have never contacted you again. I was at work and if I had not been, would have made it clear.
Some of the things to work on:
1. When someone calls you for a wedding consultation, they want to meet in person, obviously…
2. Before interrogating someone on every specific detail, let them know if your calendar is free for their date first.
3. You told me my budget was low, when I never told you the flowers I wanted other than my bouquet. It’s funny because another Westchester florist who is highly ranked and rated on many wedding websites, seemed to work JUST FINE with my idea and wedding size.
4. Almost everyone has a schedule in front of them while working with a client over the phone…the fact that it took you 2 days to tell me you weren’t available after our conversation says a lot…..you seem to be about the money.
There no longer is interest…and I made sure to note on a wedding forum of your distasteful communication practices. Hire a receptionist.

Hi Danielle ~Nice talking with you the other day. I’ve checked my calendar and unfortunately will be unable to work with you for your wedding.
Thank you for your interest
