I recommend Adoramapix.com. They have several templates you can use and it’s very easy to design the page layouts. I was extremely happy with the quality of the book. Here’s my album if you want to see an example (the pics take a few minutes to load) :

Plus + for Adomara Pics.  Great quality / price.  It won’t match the quality of professional albums, but the printing is very nice and the books provide a tremendous value.

Just don’t order it 10 days before christmas if you are on a time crunch  ;P

I used Kodak after trying out many different sites.  Their platform was very easy to work with, they have high capacity, so they were able to upload all my super large files relatively quickly.  The number and quality of my pictures caused all the other websites to freeze.  Also, the quality of the printed book was OUTSTANDING.  Love love love.
