I second the vote for ring attendant.

You could also consider having her as your personal attendant.

Why not Jr. Bridesmaid? She doesn’t have to do any of the tasks people seem to make their BMs do lately, or attend your bachelorette party or anything, but IMO making a 14 year a ring bearer is just mean. LOL Are you going to make her carry a pillow? Have you asked her opinion about this? When I was 14 I would have DIED. Dead on the floor, I tell you.

Here is one article on what a personal attendant does.  She really only has day of wedding jobs, unlike the bridesmaids, who are active during the whole pre-wedding process.

The ring bearer position might make her feel a little young, even if you’re doing this a little nontraditional. If you feel she’d enjoy it though, maybe "ring keeper" or something like that. I’ve also seen a new position cropping up that works for older individuals – "keeper of the vows" or something like that. If you’ve written your own vows, this person carries them down the aisle, usually right before or after the ring bearer.

I second Kate, I would have DIED if I was made to carry a pillow with rings on it down the aisle when I was 14.  I really would stick with the junior bridesmaid, it’s a given that anyone who is a junior bridesmaid is young. At one of my friend’s wedding his cousin was a junior bridesmaid at 13 and the bridesmaids were 26-28.  She can even double up by carrying your rings in her bouquet if you want.

You can always call her the Ring Maiden.
