I made "cake-in-a-jar" gifts for each girl, along with a homemade card.

Do you all live in different cities? If you have only a couple of ask or a bunch of cash {if you have a lot!} I would send them each a small floral arrangement and a sweet card. You could have them call you before the open it and you could do it over the phone. What woman doesn’t like to get flowers? If you live in the same city, I would take them all out for champagne {or coffee} and ask!

I cannot remember where I saw it, but one girl "proposed" to her bridesmaids.  She bought each of them a ring that matched their personalities and hand-crafted a card that said:

Roses are red, violets are blue.  Will you be my bridesmaid?  Please say "I do!"

I thought they were adorable and am thisclose to borrowing the idea!

I like the ring idea!  I think I have heard of that from somewhere and if you don’t want to get them actual rings or you are on a budget you could do ring pops, it would be pretty cute!

Ooh. Ring pops would be quirky!  Love that!
