MrsSapphire :  I’m new to owning a Cricut, but I have the Explore Air 2 as well. This looks to be a pretty good bundle.

Maybe ask for more vinyl? There are lots of variety bundles on Amazon (off brand, not Cricut brand which is much more affordable and the quality is just as good). I ordered a bundle of 40 12×12 sheets that came in a variety of colors to get started, and I will order rolls of colors that I plan on using a lot. Hobby Lobby also has a good variety of vinyl – solid, glitter and some with patterns as well.

I plan on ordering an etching blade eventually. I don’t know a ton about all of the blades, but I know there are different blades that are better for other materials. Maybe some of the other depth blades?

Maybe a Design Space gift card? There are some free projects in the Design Space, but a lot of the ones I’ve had interest in are not free. I haven’t paid for any of them, as I plan on trying to make my own, but if I had a gift card I may be willing to pay for some of the projects.

That’s all I can think of, but I’m going to follow this thread for other ideas. Enjoy your Cricut!

Wow that is an awesome deal! It looks like you will have everything you need in that bundle. I really don’t use my Explore Air 2 as much as I would like. Please share your projects when you get it!

MrsSapphire :  I don’t want to overtake your thread but I have heard so much about cricuts and I am so interested but honestly know nothing about them…what type of projects can you make with them??

I’m getting one for Christmas! I didn’t get any accessories since the cricut itself was on sale on Black Friday for $150! But I asked for extra vinyl because I know I’m going to make the signs for all the tables at the wedding. You can also ask for extra pens!

I got the cricut explore air 2 in mint! I also asked for sheets of acrylic for Christmas to make my signs 😂

MrsSapphire :  ask for a silhouette instead! I have both and honestly never use the cricut. I prefer the silhouette much more! The studio program has many more Design features! I even made my own save the dates and had them laser cut!

I love my cricut! I use it constantly! And thats an awesome bundle!

It really depends what kind of project you want to make with it as to what supplies to get. If you’re planning on doing a lot of vinyl the transfer tape is a good thing to get more of as well as sheets of vinyl. The iron-on rolls also dont last long, so more of those if you plan to make shirts or want dishwasher safe glassware.

Oracal and sisser are also pretty good brands for vinyl too.
