Ok crafty bees, I have a Cricut. I think it’s the original. I’ve barely ever used it. When I first got engaged I was like oh great I can use my cricut finally. Well I haven’t and I don’t know if I will. I don’t know what to do with it, how to use it to make anything. And it doesn’t let you do everything that the cartridges state because of the size. If anyone has any ideas, pics it would be so helpful.

I have seen people print out names, designs, etc onto a sticky back vinyl sheet, and use the page to etch glasses as favors.http://theplungeproject.com/cricut-etched-monogram-wine-glasses Like this:

She didn’t leave it on long enough which is why the etching is a little uneven. I would leave it on for 20 mins or so, so it can etch deeply.

I’ve done so many things with my sister’s Cricut. I made our table numbers, our favour boxes, any signs we need, etc. It has been SO useful!

@bunnyharriet: I would like to make my girls wine glasses. Thanks for the idea! I just don’t know what to do with this machine and I’m thinking about putting it on ebay!

The possibilities are endless. Fiance got me one & I’ve definitely saved us money.
Vinyl stickers for bridal party glasses
Kids table name tags
Candy buffet sign background
That’s all I can think of right now but I know we’ve done way more with it!!!

@conkin420: If you click on the link, it’ll show you a step by step tutorial on how to do it. Sell the cricut after the wedding, not before. There are lots of great things you can do with it.
