I think you can do colored shoes OR colored crinoline, but not both. I’m in the same boat–I’d love a dyed crinoline, but have colored shoes. Dyed the same color as the shoes might work. is there navy elsewhere in the wedding? I definitely wouldn’t do different colors for the shoes and crinoline.

I think just colored shoes would be a good idea.

In my mind, I’ve always pictured the crinoline or the colored shoes to be one or the other. And one option you don’t have is to dye it navy and wear ivory shoes. I think that would pop more than cocoa crinoline if you go that route.

dyeing + colored shoes seems like a lot of color…

sometimes you just have to choose between two great ideas, because they don’t mesh well. :/

I think the best way to get an idea of how all the colour would look together is to do a search for photos on google.

I did a quick search and found this picture.  While its not the colours your talking about, it does help give an idea if you think it would be too busy for you or not.  Everyone has different opinons, as we all know.  I like this coloured bride below with all her purple glory!

and my last one for you is this. Green hidden underneath with black shoes.  I don’t see why this wouldnt work with cocoa underneath and navy shoes.  Especially if both items pick up other colours in your scheme.
