Sounds delicious!

The only thing I thought as I was reading was, “Hmm, she might need to double the appetizers… 1 bite per 20 minutes doesn’t sound right.” On the other hand you have so much food coming that no one will be hungry but they might miss an app if someone takes more than one of each… and my Fiance would definitely eat a whole tray of the jalepeno bacon ones if the server didn’t tell him to stop… 🙂

Your appetizers sound amazing. I like how 2 are vegetarian and 2 are meat and are all very different. Your salad sounds good too, I would stick to it instead of a beet salad. As for your dinners, I’m not a picky eater but would your guests eat bison and wild boar bacon? I know my family wouldn’t. Soounds yummy to me though. I think you have a good amount of options, though, something that would suit everyone. Good job 🙂

As a non-picky, adventurous eater, your menu sounds great to me! I’d have a very hard time picking between the bison and the trout. And the appetizers sound fantastic.!

That said, I think your menu is still diverse enough for people who are less adventurous (the “I’ll have the chicken” crowd). I think your guests will be happy and full by the end of the night.

@Penelopeee:  ok….as a picky eater I can’t find anything I could eat! I can’t eat dairy, I hate seafood and game, and for religious reasons I don’t eat pork. Here’s to hoping the wedding cake isn’t made with cream cheese…
