Honestly? I don't like any of it. Keep working.

The second save the date doesn’t have a date on it.  Is that a mistake or is it on the back or something?

I would put an address on the invitation.  I always like having one and I think it could save time/questioning on the guests part.

The first save the date says everything needed and is better detailed. I also think the invitation looks a little simple but to the point if that is what you are going for. also will you be putting this in anything? like a pocket card or make smaller and paste on a cardstock in another color to make a border or are you just planning on printing as is on cardstock and mailing?

I would love to see what your inspiration invite looks like to have a better idea.

@Tulip06:  agreed. addresses always make it easier to locate then just a location name.

I’d say center ‘request the pleasure…’ and ‘Sunday…’ between the lines on the invitation, and center all the text on the page (too high right now).  Also, the STD seems a bit plain, like it needs some color.  I just think of them as being less formal I guess. I’d vote for option 1 on the STDs, but I’d center your names between the lines of text above and below 🙂
