Fall apart rump roast

One rump roast

baby potatoes

one can of campbells beefy mushroom soup

put everything into the crock pot (make sure the fat strip on the rump roast is on the bottom. put the roast in first , pour in the can of soup and 1/4 can of water (you dont need much if any)and then potatoes and carrots.  cook for at least six hours on low. once eveything is done it will just be falling apart! You can adjust for any amount of people. My mom use to cook this for 7 and now I cook it just for Fiance and I. you just adjust the amount of veggies

I do ribs in my crock pot a lot.  Ribs with bbq sauce and a little liquid smoke.  Mmmmm… I think I’m going to try some of these recipes.  They sound yummy!

I just posted this on the other crockpot thread but here are some of my favorites.

The easiest crockpot recipe that I’ve found is 4 ingredient white bean chicken chili.

I also love this parmesan garlic chicken recipe

I made it with cous cous rather than orzo.

And my (and DH’s) favorite recipe of all time, hands down, Korean Beef Tacos, make sure you make the cucumber slaw with it. It calls for a few more ingredients than the typical crockpot meal but it’s so worth it. We made this for our Christmas dinner last year.

I made the cream cheese chicken chili that was posted earlier this weekend. It was excellent, can’t wait for more tonight!
