My fiance and I are having my ring remade (long story) but anywho I found this beauty
and I’M IN LOVE! I will be getting it with a princess cut diamond as opposed to the lovely emerald that’s in there. My question to you bees is, what the heck kind of wedding band do I wear with this? It’s been suggested to be to treat it as both and just have my fi give it to me in the ring exchange or buy a cheapie band just for the ring exchange but I wanted to see what other people have done. I’ve been trying to find any girl who has one of these and I have yet to! Please help me, ladies! Ideas and photos of your lovely rings would be very much appreciated! 😀

honestly, i’d rock the gap on that one, and get either a plain or thin pave band (something that matches the shank of your ering)…either way, a straight band. it looks like the halo on that sticks out about as far as the shank at it’s widest (maybe a touch farther), so i think a thin straight band would look amazing with it!

Yep, get a straight pave band. You could always add a second band on your anniversary to make it “symmetrical” as well.

a friend has something similar and plans to wear her engagement ring on her right hand and a band that crosses in the same way on her left.

And OP…that ring is amazing. Never seen one like it. Mine is a split shank…didn’t know you could cross it like that.

that ring is really pretty!
to be honest, I like how it looks on its own. I’d either forgo a band (or get a plain one to wear when you don’t want to wear diamonds). or move it to your right hand and get any kind of band for your left hand that you want.
the beauty of putting an e-ring on your right hand is that you can get a crazy over-the-top wedding band or anything you wanted. so, lots of bling on both hands!

Thank you ladies for the compliments and all of the great ideas! I hadn’t thought of wearing one ring on each hand! I also love the idea of the straight band and maybe a matching on in the future but I do agree that the ring is lovely on its own. I think I’ll have to see it made and figure out if I can’t handle adding anything to it. You all gave great answers, thank you!!!
