1. Best way to go about putting the info in the invitations/ save the dates

We used a sea voyage boarding pass invitation from zazzle.com

Just make sure you include the name of the boat, and if you want you can include a map to the boat as well.  You don’t need to include location on save the dates, just the date.


2. During the reception is there time for things like first dance etc. or is it strictly just eating a meal

 I think they are customizable , they ussually have dance floor set ups and come with dj’s so you can tell the coordinator that you want first dance/dance floor setup and they will do that. 


3. Can I request which place on the ship we have our ceremony (outside vs. inside)

 Yes you can, they ussually give you the choice. 


4. Are there hidden costs/fees?

hm, can’t answer this one for sure yet, as our wedding is in June. futuremrsrossol:  i have no advice, but awesome!!! I didn’t know you could have people attend BEFORE you leave. Hmmm this may be something i have to look into! I am sure it will be fabulous!
