Depends on the wedding style.  Way too gawdy for me, but if that’s what they are going for it, it might work.

I had one at my wedding and yes, it is heavy, mine was 1.2kg. But they can be so personal since you can add heirloom pieces to it and keep it forever. My bouquet had a collar of fresh cala lilies and roses around the bottom but an all flower boquet wasn’t really my thing, maybe this is the case for your friend too?

I LOVE crystal bouquets…. I think we have been conditioned in lots of ways around weddings that are slowly starting to change! 

Engagement rings = diamond

Wedding dresses = white / ivory

Bouquet = flowers

Time to rip up the ‘rule book’! I’m personally in love with this idea: 

Feathers and crystals are more cost effective (for me) and less heavy!  I just need to figure our where to get one.
