since I’m going for a more magical, pagan aesthetic to my wedding (i’m wearing a medieval head circlet, my Fiance is wearing leather cuffs, we are doing a handfasting and honoring the four directions/elements) I am looking for a crystal wand to hold instead of a flower bouquet.
I can’t find many on Etsy that I like, and looking locally, but thought maybe my pagan bee clan would have some ideas?

@mtnhoney: Such a lovely and unique idea! I stumbled across these online, and they are pricey ($100-$200 range), but if they aren’t in your budget then maybe they can inspire you to DIY something?

They are very pretty! What does your dress look like? Do you have BM? What will they carry? Sorry for all the questions I am just trying to see the overall picture.

@BrideofHugo: OMG the products on that website are incredible!!
@Katnisseverdeen: my dress is a strapless, sweetheart lace, with a sweep train, and I will be wearing detached bell sleeves, in an Elvin/Medieval style, with a head circlet. Arwen from LoTR is inspiration. 🙂
yes, I will have Bridesmaids, but they won’t be holding bouquets either- saving costs, and seem kind of redundant. Pretty cosages instead. they will enter carrying items that represent the four elements/directions, and place them on the altar.

@mtnhoney: your wedding sounds like a dream! I am in love with all of your ideas (especially your bridesmaids all carrying something to represent the four elements!!) I wish I would have thought of something that amazing myself. I hope you post lots of pictures afterwards! =)

Haha.. Those are very pretty, but I could totally see myself, if I ever used one at my own wedding (Harry Potter nerd that I am), I would be pointing it and yelling “EXPELLIARMUS!” at everyone. I think I need one of these now..
