Hey everyone! I’ve been looking for a caterer for a while, and I’m not having much luck. I had a couple meetings and some proposals, but they were really over budget. I might have called a little early in the process as well, but now that we are a year out and getting married over a holiday weekend, I want to get the ball rolling again.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a CT caterer (full service preferred)?

I’m using Coastal Gourmet and they’ve been great so far.

I just emailed them!! Thanks so much! I can’t believe how many caterers have been tough to work with, this is a big help!

Ditto Coastal Gourmet. Or try A Thyme to Cook. Or Gourmet Galley.

I’m using Jordan Caterers. They have been great so far and their price beat out a lot I spoke to.

Anyone work with Emily’s Catering? They’re based out of Bristol.

Try Cloud Nine out of Old Saybrook, very nice and easy to work with. Check out this post http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/se-connecticut-venue-suggestions, comment numbers 17 and 53 for my expericence with them so far.

Cloud Nine is who a friend of mine is using too! (I ended up not needing a caterer myself.) She also looked at Tyme to Cook and Coastal Gourmet which were also recommended above.
