@NewfieBullet: I have naturally curly hair, so I really struggled with a style, my finance wanted my hair long and straigthen…so I compromised…straight but with some curl and style…hope this helps….(These were some of my inspiration pics) Already had my hair trial and my hairstylist is doing lots of curls to add some body and volume, but keeping it long for my Fiance…

I wanted my hair up because it’s hard to deal with down.  I let my hair dry naturally and then the hair stylist used a curling iron to smooth frizz.

I have naturally curly hair and through my teen years always hated it. As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to embrace it. Fiance loves it curly.

So for the wedding I want up, curly, soft and romantic. These are a few of my inspiration pics.

I love the composition of this one, but the bun needs to be jazzed up a bit.

Love, love, LOVE this one.

I have a ton more printed out, but can’t find them right now on the internet….I’ll try to later when I have more time…

Yep!   I have REALLY curly hair thats a few inches past my shoulders.  As much as I’d love wearing it down, if I get hot or its the least bit humid out, I end up with a big scary poofy mess.

These pictures are from my brother’s wedding in Key West.  It was SO humid, so I had the front few sections blow dried but then the rest was just my natural curls pinned up and back and held with a f-ton of hairspray – but it lasted all night in the humidity at an outdoor wedding.  I’m planning on having it styled similarly for my wedding, but with a fascinator on the side. Sorry the first picture is so dark – their photographer really failed at the family pictures, but thats a whole other story…

Whether you style it straight or curly – you absolutely HAVE to invest in a bottle of Living Proof styling creme. Its 20-ish bucks but holy crap is it worth it. It keeps my hair from getting frizzy even in the rain.

If you want to keep our curl you can still put your hair completely up, a cute messy bun type of style will still show the texture of your hair. Here are some cute bun hairstyles, I imagine you could have the same effect with almost any updo:

I have huge hair (long as it is wide) haha. I’m doing a loose bun with curls off the sides pulled back. I know a photo around somewhere of the ‘trial run’ of it. If I can find I will post it for you

Thanks! Here was my main inspiration picture if it helps too.  She made adjustments based on my hair texture to make sure it didn’t look bad.
