globalmargaret :  OMGOSH ok ok so when I was reading and I heard bees were on the ring I thought “hmmm how did they pull that off immediately imagining this hot pink plastic ring I got for my daughter lol” Then I kept reading about your family all being bee keepers and I love bees and then I realized it didn’t matter how the bees were worked into the equation because that is just amazing. And then I saw your ring!!!!!!  Oh my gosh it is gorgeous! Who designed this? You mentioned it was custom! Are you responsible for this amazing idea??? Your ring is GORGEOUS and so unique and special! wow. I love it! Congratulations.

Love it, and the bees are soooooo cute, but so finely done at first glance it looks a bit like a split shank. Bravo to you and your jeweler, it’s awesome!

globalmargaret :  It is absolutely beautiful and stunning! I love one of a kind rings! Whoever the jeweler that designed it, he/she is an artist! Is the gold 14K or 18K?

globalmargaret :  I hear you on the wedding band challenge! I also opted for a less typical e-ring and spent literally weeks looking at different styles of w-bands online. There are way too many possibilities!! But, one day I saw it and I knew right away that my search was over lol! I think an engraved band without stones, straight or curved, could be a classic option for you. But you could easily go with a diamond band too, as long as it doesn’t overpower the e-ring. I also came across a company on Etsy called Aurosi Jewels. They offer samples to try on at home for a reasonable fee. I didn’t end up buying from them but the concept is great.

mrsbluetomato :  I’m interested in the “try at home” program Aurosi on Etsy offers. The sample rings they sent, we’re they good quality/craftsmanship? Why didn’t you order from them?
