Not sure, but it sounds like it would make a gorgeous keepsake!!!!!!!

Could it be a program? I’m not having a full catholic mass, but I’m including all the details of the wedding in a program. They can be customized to look however you’d like and include anything you want.

I am planning to do the smae thing for my programs, but I haven’t found anyone that will make them for a reasonable price. I have added it to my DIY list.

i am planning on creating mass books DIY for our full mass ceremony. pretty much just creating a wedding program that has all the readings/prayers..etc. in it. you can totally DIY them and save $ that way! good luck!

Yeah, it’s pretty expensive. I’m doing it myself too. I started it from scratch. I copied and pasted online bibilical passages that correspond to my Together for Life booklet and edit from there…. Covers with thermography would look very nice but I just didn’t budget for that. I plan to use colored vellum as my cover.

Not sure when you’re mom got married, but they have them for the Traditional Latin Nuptial Mass:  http://www.cantius.org/go/webstore/product/booklet_missal_for_praying_the_tridentine_latin_mass/

However, for the English Mass, it’d be more complicated to produce because now you’re allowed to pick out your readings.  What you would be looking to create, though, is a wedding missalette.  I was able to find a template for one here:

I love the idea of mass books. I feel like about 60% or so of or guests will be catholic, but want to make sure everyone else can follow along & know what’s going on.

Our wedding will be about half practicing Catholic and the other half not.  Since the mass and Sacrament of the marriage is what the day is really about to us, we’re planning on a booklet to make sure everyone is celebrating with us… not just staring at us wondering if/when they’ll have to kneel again.

I’ve been slowly working on it from scratch.  Lyrics, readings (not selected yet), prayers, kneel, stand, etc.  The main thing is going to be to find out which version of the Eucharistic prayers etc the priest will be doing.  There are options for just about everything he’ll say so you’ll want to make sure you choose the same ones if you print that much.

I’m also totally planning on printing DIY.  We’re looking at a pretty large guest list… I’m not thinking of going all out though, something easy and basic like you see in churches for holy week, etc… just a simple booklet 😉
