I would need more info! Do you guys have any hobbies or special things about you? Are you putting a picture on it? If so, what does it look like (or can you show us)? Where is the wedding and where do you live?

  1. Pencil Us In!
  2. We’re Tying the Knot
  3. (Future New Last Name) Coming Soon — DATE
  4. Mr. & Mrs. Coming to a venue near you on XX Date (won’t necessarily work if its a destination wedding)
  5. Frist Comes Love (with date of engagement) Then Comes Marriage (with wedding date) — i’d have the dates below in a smaller, simple font with the two phrases in a script style font perhaps in your wedding color?

@CanadianBride456:  Not really wording, but a friend of mine told me about a funny idea – they actually sent a date (the fruit) to all their guests, telling them to save the date. The guests all took photos of themselves with the date on their holidays, doing silly stuff etc and the couple then made a photo board which they displayed at the wedding.

We said “To have and to hold from this day forward…”  “August 18, 2013” over a picture of us.  We also included location and our wedding website as most guest were traveling and needed/wanted more info before formal invites.
