I saw my doctor recently to discuss TTC, and since I’ll be going off the pill for the first time in about 10 years (and I had issues before going on it), she wants me to track my period in case we have trouble conceiving.
I feel like the easiest way would be via my smartphone (Android), but I looked it up and there are so many apps – any recommendations? I only need to track my period, but I’d like one that predicts ovulation, too.
Darling Husband and I aren’t planning to actively chart right now, so I’m looking for a simple app that doesn’t require much input from me.

This is the app that I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.period.tracker.lite
It tracks your period and predicts your fertile window and ovulation days.

@LadyBear: I have FertilityFriend but I don’t put anything into it except my period. If it takes you a few cycles and you decide you want to start temping or tracking CM or position, then you can easily just pop that info into FF without having to learn a whole new app.

I used Period Diary by Nanobit. It was super easy to use and I liked the layout.

I agree with DaneLady. Use Fertility Friend to track your periods (it will also predict ovulation) and then if you need to/want to track other things such as temperatures, cervical mucus/position, intercourse timing, etc later on down the road all the informaiton is in one place.

I just downloaded MyDays, free from Amazon and it seems to do the trick. I just inputed my last period and it predicts ovulation. You can also track temperatures if you decide to do that later on.
Good luck! This is my first month sans-b/c (nuvaring) so still learning what ttc all entails. 🙂
